We are so wrapped up in this thing we call existence, you know, we build up these walls to protect ourselves from the fucking pain, and it's hard, it’s fucking hard living, it's hard not letting the world not take you down with it
So these walls of ego help stabilise us, in a comforting, but damaging way, cause they aren't realistic, they don’t help in the long term, they don't stop the hurt, all they do is prolong this pain and suffering until a long period, and then down the road you'll just feel as empty and worthless as you were before
So you gotta try to break down these walls and let the pain hurt, because i truly believe that suffering is just a part of life
If you don't ever feel that lost or hurt, how do you expect to get better? how do you expect to be a stronger person? if you don't just let go, and allow these emotions out, i don't know how else you're gotta feel better
