I got these diet tips in the book " Increase your fitness IQ "(ade rai). For those of you who are on a diet but often eat out maybe these tips can help you...
Eat at a fast-food restaurant
Order fried chicken breast, rice and water
Remove the skin
Layer of fat that is still on the meat
Use the sauce to taste
Japanese restaurant
Order only fish meat (sashimi), Can be tuna or salmon
Or sushi with salmon or tuna
Some outlets also sеrve salmon belly soup which is rich in tofu, vegеtables and mushrooms
Order Japanese tea (ocha) cold or hot

Sundanese restaurant
Order brown rice, grilled fish or chicken, fresh vegetables
Ask for plain grilled chicken or fish without butter or oil
Order plain tea or water
Chinese restaurants
Most food is freshly cooked after
ordering Choose a menu with a high vegetable content (broccoli, kaylan, cay sim, cap cay)
Serving options: steamed, boiled or stir-fried
For the stir-fry menu, ask for the pan to be only smeared with oil, no need for much
