[Lyric] The Aguila Coaching Program (Open Mike Aguila)

PART 1: PRE-TEST In order to pass this phase, the user being coached must PM me 5 of their best 'tates. After looking through them, I will determine which areas they need to work on so that they can become good editors. PART 2: PRACTICE After determining which areas the user being coached should work on, I will attempt to teach them how to improve their annotations. We will practice creating and fixing 'tates. After I feel like a user understands the learned concepts, I shall pass them. PART 3: CONTRIBUTOR GUIDELINES QUIZ After the user being coached completes the previous phase, I will give them one day to study for a quiz over all of the contributor guidelines. Those taking the quiz CANNOT look at the guidelines while taking the quiz. If the user gets a 80% or higher, they pass the quiz. If not, than they shall re-take the quiz again the next day. PART 4: LIVE ASSESSMENT A naughty user is on the loose! The user being coached must correct the rogue user's bad behavior, just the way an editor would. The "rogue user" will just be my alt lmao. PART 5: MODERATOR/REGULATOR ASSESSMENT After the user being coached completes all of these phases, I will send them to a moderator to become an editor. That user will ultimately determine of the coached user gains his rights or not.
