2. I read an article about weight training routines that cause low back pain. A lot of people mess up their lower backs while working out, and it is just because they concentrate on weight not their forms. This article tells us about the exercises that trigger lower back pain
which are:
1) Barbell squats, either with Smith machine barbell or free barbell.
2) Seated shoulder presses on exercise equipment.
3) Seated shoulder presses with dumbbells or barbell, but no back support.
4) Dumbbell rows.
5) Deep declined leg presses.
6) Barbell dead-lifts.
7) Biceps curls.
8) Barbell bench press.
It also tells us that we should not swing our lower back while you are standing and doing something like bicep curls.

3. "Tears of tiger," this book is about a boy who is a basketball player in high school. After winning a game he goes out with his friends. They all are teenagers, but they choose to celebrate their victory by drinking and that is what gets them into an accident. Their car crashes and they all get out except for one who was lying on the seat and he dies. And the guy who was driving starts thinking that he killed him and he should not have driven the car.

4. "Tears of Tiger," the boy Andy who was driving the car starts blaming himself and cannot get past his guilt and pain. While his other friends have managed to work through their grief and move on, but not him. Andy allows death to become the focus of his life. And, he commits suicide by shooting himself.
